Price and payment
It depends on how many processes and modules you need, which is why the price is subject to quote. As a reference, the Basic plan starts at $2,900 one-time plus $190 a month; Professional, at $6,900 and $450 a month; and Advanced, at $14,900 and $890 a month. If you need something bigger, the Custom plan is quoted to fit you. The final quote comes after you see the prototype with your data. Prices exclude VAT.
Timing and guarantee
The Basic plan is ready in 3 weeks; Professional, in 4 to 6 weeks; and Advanced, in 6 to 8 weeks. Very large projects are delivered in phases, so you can start using one part while the rest is finished.
During the 30-day guarantee we fix and fine-tune what we agreed. After that, from the Professional plan you get adjustment hours every month; the full comparison shows how many per plan. Anything new you want to add is quoted upfront, with no surprises.
Support and ownership
Yes. During the consultation we review your spreadsheets and whatever you use today, and you already see the prototype with your own customers and products, so you don’t start from scratch.
You do. Your data and your customers’ data are always yours; the accounts and access we set up pass to your name once full payment is complete. We comply with Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law.
