Paul receives your application
Our artificial intelligence assistant organizes what you send and confirms it arrived. We answer every application, even when the answer is no.

It is screened against the position
Your profile is compared with the requirements we published and the file is assembled. That is why the requirements are written out in full on every posting: so you know in advance what you are measured against.
03
You talk to a person
If you fit, you sit down with someone from the team. The final decision is made by a human, never by the artificial intelligence. There is no automated interview at any stage.
At no point in the process do we ask for payments, deposits or signup fees. If someone does so in our name, it is not us.
What applies to every position
Almost all are pure commission, with no base salary. The exceptions are marked.
Your income is set by your goals and the contracts you close, not by a fixed salary.
Most require no investment. The operating partner roles do require capital to start up your city, and each posting says so.
You set your own availability, except in on-site roles.
Training included at no cost where it is required.
You can take more than one position, even across different companies.
Over 18 only.
We never ask for payments, deposits or signup fees at any stage.
We say it here rather than on a call because we would rather you decide with the full picture. The first months of any commission work are hard, because you are learning and building your book at the same time.
