Price and payment
The Basic plan is a one-time $590 plus a $129 monthly fee; Professional is $990 plus $199 a month; Advanced is $1,590 plus $299 a month. The monthly fee covers information updates, promotions and changes. Payment gateway commissions and Meta fees are paid directly to each provider. Prices exclude VAT.
A bot answers questions; the agent sells: it qualifies the customer, builds the quote, collects payment and follows up until it closes. If you only need fast replies, the WhatsApp bot from $99 is enough.
Timing and guarantee
The Basic plan is ready in 1 business day; Professional in 2 to 3 business days; and Advanced in 3 to 4 business days. All we need from you is a 30-minute meeting, your product and price list, and your testing.
It only quotes from the product and price list you approve, and you test it before it goes live. If something changes, we update it as a priority in under 30 minutes. You also get a 30-day guarantee: we fix and optimize what was agreed.
Support and ownership
You do. Your data and your customers’ data are always yours; the accounts and access we set up pass to your name once full payment is complete. We comply with Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law.
