  • Before you sign, we show you a working demo with your business's real data.
  • You pay 50% to book your project and 50% on delivery. The monthly fee is paid on the first day of each month. Services have a 12-month contract, unless you ask for a different term.
  • You can pay by bank transfer (Banco Pichincha, Banco Guayaquil, or Banco Bolivariano), cash, credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
  • Prices exclude VAT. We issue an invoice for every service.
  • Third-party fees are on you: card and PayPal fees, Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp fees, domain, developer accounts, e-signature, and other providers' licenses.
  • You get a 30-day guarantee after delivery: we fix and optimize what was agreed. We don't offer refunds.
  • AI support 24/7 with replies in under 1 minute, and human support every day from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. (Ecuador time), with replies in 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Every project has a dedicated person who knows your business and stays with you from start to finish.
  • Your data is always yours; the domain, accounts, numbers, and access pass to your name once full payment is complete.
  • We comply with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law.
  • All plans are customizable and adapt to your company's needs and size.
  • Prices cover our service; what you pay to other platforms (social media ads, app stores, payment gateways) is on you.
