Batch traceability, per-shipment quality control, and export tracking for shrimp farms, banana growers, flower farms, and cacao producers: a real economic engine in much of the country, still without a dedicated system in our catalog.
What this involves technically
Each of the four sectors (bananas, shrimp, cacao, flowers) carries its own compliance stack, but they all share the same underlying obstacle: no modern public API on the government or certifying systems you need to connect to. ECUAPASS/SENAE, where Ecuador’s Export Customs Declaration gets filed, has no public REST API for third parties, exporters file through the portal itself, need a digital certificate issued by Ecuador’s central bank, and the message exchange follows SENAE’s own EDI/XML spec, not an open OAuth-style standard. That’s why we build the batch-traceability layer on your side and the structured bridge into those systems, instead of assuming a ready-made API exists.
How we do it
Benefits for your business
Real batch traceability, not scattered spreadsheets.
Fewer administrative hours per shipment filed by hand.
Lower risk of customs-declaration errors that delay a shipment.
None of these integrations ship out of the box in our current products. If your business needs one, we evaluate it and build it custom, with the same 100% personalized approach our real clients already run on.
