Price and payment
The Basic plan is a one-time $250 plus a $29 monthly fee; Professional is $490 plus $49 a month; Advanced is $1,190 plus $99 a month. The monthly fee covers watching over your backups and the restores you need. Cloud storage beyond the provider’s plan is paid by you. Prices exclude VAT.
Timing and guarantee
The Basic plan is ready in 1 to 2 business days; Professional in 3 to 5 business days, and Advanced in 1 to 2 weeks. All you need is one 30-minute meeting and access to the computers and accounts we’ll back up.
That’s what the backup is for: we restore your files, your computers or your WhatsApp from the cloud and your business is running again in minutes, not days. The exact time depends on how much information there is; on the Advanced plan we agree in writing on the recovery time for each system.
Support and ownership
In a cloud account in your name, not ours. Only you and the people you authorize can get in. We comply with Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law.
It helps, but it’s not the same. If you delete a file or a virus damages it, the cloud copies that change and you lose it too. A backup keeps earlier versions so you can go back, and it also covers your computer, your systems and your WhatsApp.
