Price and payment
The Basic plan is a one-time $290 plus a $39 monthly fee; Professional is $690 plus $79 a month; Advanced is $1,490 plus $149 a month. Cloud provider costs are paid by you and the account is in your name. Prices exclude VAT.
Timing and guarantee
The Basic plan is ready in 2 to 4 business days; Professional in 1 to 2 weeks; and Advanced in 2 to 4 weeks. All we need from you is a 30-minute meeting and your files.
We work on a copy: your original files stay untouched until you confirm everything is complete. Before you sign, you see the structure built with a sample of your data.
Support and ownership
It lives in the cloud with daily backups, and each person signs in with their own user. From the Professional plan we add encryption and secure connections; on Advanced, two-step verification and a disaster recovery plan.
You do. Your data and your customers’ data are always yours; the accounts and access we set up pass to your name once full payment is complete. If you ever stop working with us, you take everything with you. We comply with Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law.
